Hello everybody,
We know that our members, all of you wonderful people, put a lot of effort and devotion to our club. With this post we want to introduce one other way we show our appreciation, with a DSA scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
· Current, full-time, matriculated student.
· A cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 2.5.
· Student should have completed at least 15 credits.
· Must be involved in extracurricular activities.
· Must be a member of the Dominican Students Association.
· Must be registered for the following semester. (Fall 2015).
Need:
· A personal statement explaining how the Dominican Students Association has helped you excel and/or your experience as a member of the Dominican Students Association. Describe your career, vocational and/or academic goals. Applicant can include information about his/ her college experience, economic hardship. Applicant should include how the Dominican Students Association Scholarship would benefit him/her achieve their financial and career goals.
· All work must be the applicant’s original work, must be double spaced and cannot exceed 1,000 words.
· One recommendation letter from faculty, staff or community service leader.
· Recent resume.
Guidelines:
· Must complete all information on the applicant form and hand deliver it.
· E-board members cannot apply.
· All applicants will be notified via email with regard to acknowledgement of receipt of their entry.
· DO NOT contact the judges or the Board of the Dominican Students Association concerning this competition.
· Failure to adhere to the above rules and guidelines will constitute an automatic forfeit.
Materials must be submitted to the Front Desk of DSI in a sealed envelope.
